Sustainable performance starts on the inside.

Pressure can narrow access to skills an athlete already has. STRONG Inside™ helps athletes, teams and coaches build the regulation, identity and relationships that let performance hold up under pressure, and last.

What athletes bring to the work

Readiness and pressure
Performing when it matters, without being run by the pressure.
Regulation and recovery
Noticing activation, settling, and restoring capacity between efforts.
Identity
Being a whole person, not only an athlete, especially through injury, selection and setbacks.
Relationships
With coaches, teammates, family and the wider performance environment.
Transition
Preparing for and moving through life beyond sport.

Under pressure

  1. Notice

    Your state, cues and pressure.

  2. Regulate

    Adjust activation, breathing and focus.

  3. Execute

Commit to the next controllable action.

  4. Review

    Learn, recover and refine.

The goal is not to feel nothing. It is to stay connected to your process.
