Who we are

This website is run by STRONG Inside Ltd, based in Christchurch. If you have a question about privacy, email admin@stronginside.nz.

The law we follow

We follow the Privacy Act 2020 and, where health information is involved, the Health Information Privacy Code 2020.

What we collect through the website

  • Enquiry form details: your name, email, phone if you give it, organisation, message and enquiry type. If you choose to, you can also tell us your location and how you heard about us.
  • Newsletter signups: your first name and email.
  • Basic anonymous analytics about how the website is used.

Please don't send sensitive personal or clinical information through the website forms.

How we use it

We use it to respond to enquiries, send newsletters you've consented to, and improve the website.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are processed by Netlify. Newsletter data is processed by MailerLite. Both may store data outside New Zealand. Analytics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track individuals.

How long we keep it, and how it's secured

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the reason you gave it to us, or as long as the law requires. We take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, and from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.

Your rights

You have the right to access and correct your personal information. To ask, email admin@stronginside.nz. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Newsletters

We only send newsletters to people who have consented to receive them, under the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Client records

Client records from psychological services are covered by separate practice privacy information provided to clients.
